The short version
We don't track you
This website has no cookies, no analytics, no advertising pixels and no third-party trackers. We don't build a profile on you, and we have nothing to sell to anyone.
The only information we ever receive is what you deliberately type into our quote request form and send to us. If you never fill in that form, we don't collect anything about you at all.
What we collect
Only what you send us
When you submit the quote request form on our contact page, we receive:
- Your name
- Your phone number
- Your email address, if you choose to give one — it's optional
- The service you need
- Any vehicle and location details you write in
We use this for exactly one thing: to get back to you about the help you asked for. We do not sell it, rent it, trade it or hand it to marketers.
Who else sees it
Two service providers
FormSubmit. Quote requests are delivered to our inbox through a form service called FormSubmit (formsubmit.co). What you type in the form passes through their systems in order to reach us by email. They handle delivery only — they are not permitted to use your details for anything else.
Google Fonts. The typefaces on this site are served by Google Fonts. Loading them means your browser contacts Google's servers, which sees your IP address as part of that request. We don't receive anything from it, and no cookies are set.
That's the complete list. There is nobody else.
Keeping it
Stored so we don't lose your request
A copy of each quote request is saved on our own web server so that a message can't go missing if an email fails to arrive. That copy is kept in a private area that is not reachable from the public internet.
We keep requests only as long as we need them to do the work and keep our own records straight. If you'd like yours deleted, just ask — call or email us and we'll remove it.
Your choices
Ask us anything
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. There's no form and no process — just get in touch and a real person will handle it.
You can always skip the form entirely and simply call 918-986-2370. Nothing is recorded on this website when you do.
If we ever change how any of this works, we'll update this page and change the date below.
