Simple activity counts
We use activity counts on our own server and Google Analytics to understand how our website is used. Our own activity counter is cookie-free; Google Analytics uses cookies. We do not sell this information. Advertising personalization and Google signals are disabled in our website tag.
We receive the information you choose to send through our quote request form or share when you call or text us, including any location details you send.
Website activity
Counts, without customer details
We count page views, Call and Text button taps, location-text openings, and quote requests that our server successfully saves. We also count whether our email service accepts the quote notification. An accepted email handoff does not confirm inbox delivery, and a button tap does not confirm a call, text, or booking.
The activity report contains daily totals, page paths, and button positions. It does not contain names, phone numbers, email addresses, form contents, message contents, GPS coordinates, full URLs, or raw IP addresses. Our own activity counter does not set cookies or store a persistent visitor identifier. Google Analytics is separate and uses cookies as described below. A random identifier for each action is temporarily retained for up to 24 hours to prevent duplicate counts.
Reports are password protected and stored outside the public website. We retain a rolling year of daily totals, removing older records during routine processing. The public page and button counters respect Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals when your browser sends them. The Privacy page and driver QR page are excluded. Quote receipt records are still kept when you ask us for service.
For abuse prevention, the server processes IP addresses and temporarily keeps a keyed, non-readable version for rate limiting. These activity and dashboard throttle entries expire within 15 minutes and are removed during routine processing. The quote form also applies a separate hourly abuse limit. Separate web-server security and access logs may include IP addresses. Quote request records are described below.
What we collect
Your quote request
When you submit the quote request form on our contact page, we receive:
- Your name
- Your phone number
- Your email address, if you choose to give one — it's optional
- The service you need
- Any vehicle and location details you write in
- The request time and IP address, recorded in the private request log
We use this for exactly one thing: to get back to you about the help you asked for. We do not sell it, rent it, trade it or hand it to marketers.

Services used by this site
Google Analytics. We use Google Analytics to measure visits and website usage. Google Analytics uses cookies to distinguish browsers and sessions and processes usage, browser, device, and approximate location information. Data is sent to Google. Our tag omits query strings and fragments from the page address and does not intentionally send quote form contents, names, contact details, or GPS coordinates. Advertising personalization and Google signals are disabled in our tag. Google Analytics is not loaded on this Privacy page or the driver QR page, or when your browser sends Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track. You can also block analytics cookies using your browser settings or use Google's Analytics opt-out browser add-on. Learn more about how Google uses information from sites that use its services.
FormSubmit. Quote requests are delivered to our inbox through a form service called FormSubmit (formsubmit.co). What you type in the form passes through their systems in order to reach us by email. They handle delivery only — they are not permitted to use your details for anything else.
Typefaces. The main website serves its font files directly from our server, without a separate Google Fonts request.
Optional location sharing. When you choose “Use my current location,” your browser asks for permission to find your location. The page uses it to prepare a Google Maps link in a text message. We do not upload or save these coordinates on our website. You can enter an address or landmark instead. You review and send the text yourself; your messaging provider handles it, and we receive the details you send. Opening the map link shares the coordinates with Google Maps.
Keeping it
Stored so we don't lose your request
A copy of each quote request is saved on our own web server so that a message can't go missing if an email fails to arrive. That copy is kept in a private area that is not reachable from the public internet.
Website quote requests are kept for one year from the date received, then removed from our website's private request log by a daily cleanup. This applies to the website copy; email copies and records for completed jobs are managed separately. To request earlier deletion, call or email us.

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. There's no form and no process — just get in touch and a real person will handle it.
You can always skip the form entirely and simply call 918-986-2370. We count Call button taps on most pages, but this website does not record your conversation.
